Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International: 14–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

Fulfillment Partner Our orders are fulfilled through Zendrop, a global fulfillment partner. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
