At WEAR THE BLUE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@weartheblue.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@weartheblue.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, your order may have already been submitted to our fulfillment partner and cannot be cancelled.
