1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping
We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. WEAR THE BLUE is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
3. Fulfillment Partner
Our products are fulfilled through Zendrop, a trusted global dropshipping and fulfillment partner. This allows us to deliver high-quality products directly to your door. Tracking updates will be provided once your order ships.
4. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Sale items and final sale products are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@weartheblue.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, your order may have already entered the fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
7. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. WEAR THE BLUE reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
